M perfume is an Oriental fragrance for women, the first by Mariah Carey. The opening is unconventional with marshmallow and sea water notes. The Oriental aroma becomes more apparent as the scent progresses to the heart of Tiare flower and gardenia, and the more conventional dry-down of amber, patchouli, and incense. Mariah Carey, about this fragrance said, “For me, creating this scent was like creating a song – it takes many notes to compose a fragrance. It’s like a beautiful melody.”
